Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of statistical analyses and predictive models across multiple domains.
- Develop, validate, and monitor models in production; ensure reproducibility and interpretability.
- Design experiments and A/B tests; conduct power analysis and sample size calculations.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and accessible analytics.
- Communicate results through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior statisticians and promote best practices in modeling and documentation.
- Contribute to research initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in statistical modeling, data analysis, and applied research.
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS, Stan, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, Bayesian methods, and regression analysis.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams; project management skills.
