We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Statistician to drive high-impact analyses across healthcare and life sciences projects. As a Senior Statistician, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and analyze experiments, and build robust models that withstand scrutiny from stakeholders and regulators.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute complex statistical analyses for observational studies and experiments
- Develop and validate predictive models using R, Python and SQL
- Design and analyze randomized controlled trials and A/B tests with rigorous experimental design
- Ensure study reproducibility with clean documentation and version control
- Communicate results clearly to non-technical audiences and present at stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to methodological advancements
- Prepare manuscripts, white papers and dashboards for clients and internal use
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, data science or a related field
- 5+ years of practical statistics experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS or STATA welcomed
- Strong knowledge of regression models, Bayesian statistics, survival analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with SQL and data wrangling from large datasets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
