Responsibility
- Design, plan, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments) to drive product and business decisions.
- Develop and validate statistical models (linear and generalized linear models, time-series, survival analysis) to inform strategy.
- Conduct causal inference analyses and quantify uncertainty to guide recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, lineage, and reproducibility of analyses.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to the growth of the analytics team.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to monitor key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and regulatory standards in all analyses.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of applied statistics or analytics experience in industry.
- Proficiency in R; strong Python skills; SQL for data extraction; experience with data wrangling.
- Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
