Join CrestPoint Analytics as a Senior Statistician and lead high-impact statistical analyses that drive strategic decisions across product and growth initiatives. You will design experiments, develop predictive models, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams. This role combines hands-on analysis with mentorship and opportunities to shape our analytical framework.
Responsibility
- Design and execute statistical analyses, experiments, and surveys to inform business decisions
- Develop predictive models and robust experimental designs including A/B tests
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and reproducibility
- Interpret results, craft data-driven narratives, and present findings to stakeholders
- Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to team methodology
- Ensure rigorous documentation and reproducible workflows using version control
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field; or equivalent practical experience (5+ years)
- Strong proficiency in R and Python; experience with SQL, SAS or STATA is a plus
- Experience with Bayesian and frequentist methods, experimental design, and power analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling; publications or applied analytics a plus
