Responsibility
- Lead and implement advanced statistical models and experimental designs across multiple projects, ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics, test plans, and measurement strategies that align with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain scalable analytics pipelines using Python, R, SQL, and related tools; ensure clean, documented, and reproducible code.
- Identify key insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and present findings through clear data visualizations and dashboards.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices in statistical methodology and data storytelling, and support skill development across the team.
- Monitor model performance, conduct validation, and implement governance to safeguard data quality and compliance.
- Stay current with industry trends in statistics, causal inference, and machine learning to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling, data science, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, plus SQL; experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas or tidyverse.
- Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
