Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end statistical analyses across multiple stakeholders, selecting appropriate models and validating results.
- Design and analyze experiments, including A/B and multi-armed trials, with power analysis and sample size calculations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate requirements into statistical approaches and dashboards.
- Develop reusable analysis pipelines in R and Python; implement data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences through reports and visualizations.
- Mentor junior analysts; ensure high-quality documentation and reproducible workflows.
- Adhere to data governance, privacy, and ethical standards while delivering actionable insights.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of applied statistics or data science experience in industry or research.
- Proficiency in R and Python; strong SQL skills; experience with SAS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, Bayesian and frequentist methods.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate complex results for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and building dashboards.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
