\nWe are looking for a Senior Statistician to lead advanced analytics projects, apply rigorous statistical methodologies, and mentor a growing team of analysts.

Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end statistical analyses, experimental design, and predictive modeling on healthcare datasets. \n
- Develop and validate statistical methods, ensuring robustness and reproducibility. \n
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to translate analytics into scalable insights. \n
- Mentor junior statisticians, review code, and foster a culture of statistical excellence. \n
- Manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders and deadlines. \n
- Communicate complex results to non-technical audiences with clear visuals and narratives. \n
- Contribute to proposals, publications, and internal knowledge-sharing. \n
Qualification
- \n
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field. \n
- 5+ years of hands-on statistical analysis experience, healthcare or life sciences preferred. \n
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS or SQL is a plus. \n
- Strong knowledge of regression, survival analysis, longitudinal/cluster models, Bayesian methods. \n
- Experience with big data tools and data visualization (ggplot2, seaborn/plotly). \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex methods simply. \n
- Demonstrated project leadership and mentorship experience; ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
