Responsibility
- Lead statistical analyses for clinical trials and observational studies
- Develop and validate predictive models including survival and time to event analyses
- Design experiments, determine sample sizes, and monitor study power
- Build reusable, reproducible analysis pipelines with version control
- Collaborate with data engineers, biostatisticians, and product teams
- Communicate results to non technical stakeholders and influence decisions
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team growth
- Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough documentation
Qualification
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field; PhD preferred
- 3+ years of applied statistics experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS or Stan
- Strong expertise in linear and generalized linear models, mixed effects, and survival analysis
- Experience with Bayesian methods and MCMC
- Excellent communication and ability to convey complex results to diverse audiences
- Track record of delivering results; publications or presentations
- Strong problem solving, data wrangling, and visualization skills
