As part of our high‑performing team, you’ll collaborate with clients across industries, mentor junior staff, and stay at the forefront of Singapore tax law and BEPS developments.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage complex corporate tax compliance for mid-sized to large clients, ensuring timely filings and accuracy.
  • Prepare and review corporate income tax returns, GST/VAT filings, and other Singapore tax submissions with a focus on quality and deadline compliance.
  • Provide proactive tax advisory on structuring, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment considerations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information, perform tax risk assessments, and implement tax‑efficient strategies.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and deliver client-ready briefs and training to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior tax professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
  • Support tax audits, objection filings, and interactions with tax authorities as needed.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the client portfolio.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably within Singapore or APAC markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws (Corporate Tax, GST, withholding tax) and compliance processes.
  • Experience with transfer pricing documentation and BEPS-related reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-specialists.
  • Proficiency with tax software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel; meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize work, and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an asset.
