Join a premier investment team in New York City. Apex Capital Partners is currently seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to support deal sourcing, financial modeling, and portfolio growth across our private equity and growth equity practices.
In this role, you will work closely with senior investment professionals to evaluate opportunities, build robust financial models, and craft compelling investment memoranda that inform strategic decisions and value creation plans.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling (DCF, comps, LBO) and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
- Develop investment theses and present findings to the investment committee with clarity and precision.
- Assist in deal sourcing, initial screening, and market research to identify compelling opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, due diligence requests, and data room reviews.
- Support portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with senior partners on fundraising materials and client communications as needed.
- Coordinate with external advisors during diligence, risk assessment, and closing processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce clear investment memos.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
