As a Senior Banking Analyst, you will lead data-driven risk assessments, support regulatory reporting, and partner with stakeholders across technology, finance, and operations to deliver robust controls and strategic insights.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end risk assessment and regulatory reporting for assigned banking products and segments.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT, and Finance to design and implement controls and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee KYC/AML processes and customer due diligence in line with regulatory standards.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to detect trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, and support regulatory examinations with clear documentation.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of banking, risk, or regulatory reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, Basel III, CRD IV/CRR, and local banking regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAMS are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
