This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses that directly impact growth and profitability. You will work closely with the CFO and department heads to translate business plans into actionable financial plans and reports.

Responsibility
- Lead FP&A cycles including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Develop and manage a rolling 3-year financial plan aligned to business strategy.
- Build and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and KPIs for executive visibility.
- Analyze variances, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership and board committees.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive data-driven decision making.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and capital allocation discussions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and financial policy standards; mentor junior analysts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of FP&A or financial management experience in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; demonstrated leadership and team collaboration.
- CPA or CFA is a plus; experience with fundraising a plus.
