As a member of the investment team, you will source opportunities, build valuations, prepare investment memos, and contribute to senior-level decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for capital markets.

Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth equity research and financial modeling to support investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
  • Build and maintain detailed valuation models (DCF, comps, LBO where applicable) and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze macro trends, industry dynamics, and company-specific fundamentals to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven investment memos and present findings to the Investment Committee.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to monitor holdings, risks, and performance attribution.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including data gathering, verification, and risk assessment.
  • Assist in the development of investment theses and support client-facing materials and quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred; strong academic record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, or asset management.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, multiples) and strong Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools; SQL and Python skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of capital markets, investment processes, and portfolio management concepts.
