Join VivaVoyage Travel & Experiences as our Senior Tourism Marketing Manager. You will shape the voice of a leading travel brand across Europe’s most vibrant destinations, starting in Lisbon.
In this high-visibility role, you will own the multi-channel marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and partner ecosystem that delivers unforgettable experiences to travelers.
As a key member of our marketing leadership, you’ll collaborate with product, ops, and sales to create compelling itineraries, optimize acquisition, and drive sustainable growth across markets.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, and events to promote our tourism products and experiences.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales to package compelling itineraries and experiences that meet market demand.
- Build and manage partnerships with hotels, tour operators, DMOs, influencers, and media to expand distribution and co-marketing opportunities.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, budgets, and ROI tracking; deliver monthly dashboards and performance reports to leadership.
- Lead a small cross-functional team and coordinate external agencies and freelancers to scale campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, optimize content for SEO, and steward the content calendar.
- Plan and execute trade shows, press trips, and influencer activations to drive awareness and bookings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in travel or tourism marketing with a proven track record of growing brand awareness and bookings.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing: SEO, PPC, social media, email, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using GA4, dashboards, and marketing attribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Project management skills with ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for partnerships, press trips, and on-site events as needed.
