NorthPeak Digital is hiring an SEO Manager to lead organic search programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across on-site, technical, and content initiatives to drive revenue and growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients across B2B and B2C.
- Perform thorough keyword research, competitive audits, and keyword mapping to inform content and site changes.
- Optimize on-page elements, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure to maximize visibility.
- Manage technical SEO audits focusing on crawlability, site speed, indexation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to create SEO-focused content plans and briefs.
- Plan, execute, and measure link-building campaigns using white-hat, scalable methods.
- Monitor performance with GA/GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools; deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and drive a culture of experimentation and learning.
Qualification
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization skills.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including site architecture, crawl budgets, sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
