NorthPeak Digital is hiring a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our Seattle team. You will own search visibility for a diverse set of clients and lead end-to-end optimization projects that drive measurable growth.

In this position, you will partner with marketing, content, and engineering teams to design and execute SEO programs that improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibility
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement fixes that improve crawlability and indexation across multiple sites.
- Plan and execute on-page optimization, content optimization, and internal linking strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, map intent to pages, and build content briefs for the editorial team.
- Implement and monitor structured data, schema markup, and rich results opportunities.
- Analyze performance with GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools; deliver insights and action plans.
- Drive ethical link-building campaigns and manage outreach programs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to prioritize SEO-friendly roadmaps.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable impact on organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, crawl budgets, canonicalization, structured data, hreflang.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Majestic, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable experiments and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with content strategy and optimization; basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
