Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across multiple clients.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and mapping to content, product, and category pages.
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, alt text) and ensure technical health (site speed, crawlability, structured data).
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement fixes and improvements.
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with keyword opportunities; collaborate with the content team on briefs and optimization.
- Build high-quality backlink profiles through outreach, digital PR, and relationship building.
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and data visualization tools; present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualification
- 3-6+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic.
- Deep knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (GA4).
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, site migrations, structured data (schema.org), and URL architecture.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
