LuminaSEO Partners is seeking an ambitious SEO Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Austin, TX. You will own client SEO strategies from audit to implementation, collaborating with content, development, and analytics teams to drive measurable organic growth.
What you'll do: develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct technical audits, optimize on-page elements, perform keyword research, manage outreach for link-building, and monitor performance with data-driven reporting.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client websites, from discovery to execution.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data).
- Perform keyword research, create topic clusters, and develop content briefs for editorial teams.
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema).
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns with a focus on quality, relevance, and white-hat practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Collaborate with product, content, and development teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated in site changes.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to sustain growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, canonicalization, and indexation.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz) and analytics (GA4, Looker) for data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS for implementation tasks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a client-facing mindset (agency).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
