Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies across multiple clients and verticals.
- Perform keyword research, create content optimization briefs, and map keywords to pages.
- Manage and grow backlink profiles through ethical outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, meta data, and structured data.
- Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools; deliver actionable insights.
- Implement schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO improvements to boost rich results.
- Lead SEO experiments, run A/B tests, and track impact on rankings and conversions.
- Stay current with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices; evangelize SEO across teams.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in agency or in-house settings with a proven track record of improving organic metrics.
- Strong keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO skills across on-page, technical, and off-page disciplines.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategy, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, internal linking, and international or multi-language SEO is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with remote-friendly options.
