Luminary Social Agency is seeking a results-driven Social Media Influencer to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Source, vet, and manage brand partnerships; negotiate terms and deliverables to maximize ROI.
- Plan content calendars, collaborate with creators and internal teams to produce high quality content.
- Analyze performance data, track metrics, and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and brands; manage communications and onboarding.
- Coordinate with product, marketing and PR teams to align campaigns with brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable insights for product feedback and feature requests.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and compliance.
Qualification
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably in consumer brands.
- Proven track record of launching successful campaigns with measurable impact on engagement and sales.
- Strong negotiation, outreach, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Social Studio, etc.).
- Content creation skills including basic photography, video editing and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Familiar with FTC guidelines and disclosure practices; comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
