NovaPulse Media is a premium creator studio accelerating brands through authentic storytelling on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Weâre seeking a results-driven Social Media Influencer & Brand Partnerships Lead to join our Los Angeles team.
In this role, youâll own the strategy, creator onboarding, content direction, and performance measurement for high-impact campaigns. Youâll collaborate with top creators, negotiate partnerships, and ensure content aligns with brand voice while delivering measurable growth for clients.
What youâll do: build and manage influencer partnerships, design and execute multi-platform campaigns, guide content creation for short-form and long-form formats, monitor analytics, and report insights to clients. Youâll work closely with the creative, analytics, and sales teams to optimize ROI and scale campaigns.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, from outreach to reporting.
- Source, vet, onboard, and manage a roster of creators and micro-influencers aligned with brand goals.
- Collaborate with brand teams to design compelling campaign briefs, deliverables, and content guidelines.
- Oversee content creation for short-form and long-form formats; ensure consistency with brand voice and quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; synthesize insights and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and compensation; manage partnerships to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and sales teams; manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder approvals.
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships with a proven track record delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and established creator relationships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and budget oversight skills.
- Deep understanding of analytics tools (e.g., native platform analytics, Sprout, Social Blade, Google Analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and creative direction capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
