Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross platform influencer content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging networks.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and compensation; manage deliverables and approvals to ensure timely campaigns.
- Collaborate with brand marketers to design authentic, high impact content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Monitor performance using native analytics, adjust strategies, and report results to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production teams for content creation, including brief development and asset management.
- Build and maintain an influencer community calendar, ensuring consistent cadence and program growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator management, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record growing engaged audiences and driving conversions across social platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for reach and engagement.
- Experience with creator contracts, negotiations, and performance-based compensation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret analytics from native tools and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with basic video editing and social content tooling (for example CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
