NovaPulse Media is seeking a talented Social Media Influencer & Brand Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic growth team in Los Angeles. You will craft compelling influencer campaigns, collaborate with top creators, and drive measurable results across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels).
In this role, you will develop authentic storytelling, manage creator relationships, negotiate collabs, track performance, and contribute to a scalable influencer program that aligns with brand goals and audience needs.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels, with clear KPIs.
- Source, vet, and onboard creators; manage contracts, negotiations, and creator communications.
- Create comprehensive campaign briefs, align deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using platform analytics and attribution tools.
- Build and maintain strong creator relationships; manage communications and expectations.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage budgets, forecast spend, and report on ROI and performance to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and ensure brand safety and compliance.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project-management skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) and influencer marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling brand stories and briefs.
- Familiarity with FTC guidelines and influencer disclosure requirements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with hybrid/onsite collaboration in LA.
- Creative thinker with good sense of trend spotting and audience segmentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
