NovaWave Digital is seeking a talented Social Media Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead influencer marketing initiatives across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, and data-driven execution to scale brand awareness and conversions.
In this role you will collaborate with the Content, Brand, and Partnerships teams to design authentic, performance-driven campaigns, manage creator onboarding, negotiate partnerships, and measure impact with dashboards and post-campaign analyses.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and budget.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators across key platforms.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns from briefing to delivery and reporting; coordinate with Content, Product, and Paid teams.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS) and optimize programs based on data.
- Oversee creator onboarding, guidelines, brief creation, and content review processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creator content into paid media and organic channels.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse creators.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Understanding of FTC guidelines, brand safety, and disclosure requirements for influencer content.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and meet tight deadlines; strong project management.
- Passion for storytelling and staying ahead of social media trends.
