NovaPulse Media is seeking a results-driven Social Media Influencer and Creator Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer programs from strategy to execution. This full-time role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexible remote options for top candidates.
In this role you will build authentic creator partnerships, design compelling campaigns, and scale influencer initiatives across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure brand safety and measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Build and manage creator and influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, recruit, and vet creators; negotiate compensation and terms that align with budget and objectives.
- Develop campaign briefs, content calendars, and messaging that reflect our brand voice and compliance guidelines.
- Track performance using analytics tools; optimize content and targeting to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Legal, and Product teams to execute seamless campaigns and protect brand safety.
- Manage relationships with creators, onboarding, briefs, payments, and performance reviews.
- Forecast budgets, report on ROI, and present insights to leadership to inform strategy.
Qualification
- 4+ years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record delivering successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, analytics tools (eg, Meta Business Suite, CreatorIQ, Traackr), and tracking methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
