Responsibility
- Build and manage influencer partnerships programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop compelling creator briefs, negotiate deals, and manage contracts and payments.
- Create data-driven content strategies to grow reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Oversee campaign execution from brief to post-campaign reporting and optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to align influencer activity with brand goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and brand safety.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships, with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and outreach skills.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other key platforms; up-to-date on trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) and campaign tech.
- Portfolio of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
