Join NovaTrend Media as a Social Media Influencer Manager and lead our creator program across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will architect performance-driven influencer strategies, recruit top creators, and partner with product and brand teams to deliver authentic, ROI-focused campaigns.
What you’ll do: build scalable influencer programs, own campaign calendars, negotiate deals, track KPIs, and report insights to leadership. You’ll collaborate with content, PR, and paid media to ensure consistency across channels and maximize reach.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and product launches.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro to macro creators across platforms.
- Negotiate partnerships, briefs, deliverables, and compensation with creators and agencies.
- Plan and manage multi-channel influencer campaigns, including content calendars and workflow.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CAC, ROAS) and optimize based on data.
- Ensure brand safety, legal compliance, and creator guidelines across all partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ideate compelling content and campaigns.
- Maintain an inventory of creator assets, contracts, and performance dashboards for leadership review.
Qualification
- 5+ years in influencer marketing or social media management with proven ROI impact.
- Strong network of creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or gaming spaces.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, CreatorIQ) and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of FTC/CPM guidelines and legal considerations for creator partnerships.
- Portfolio of successful campaigns and case studies with verifiable results.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
