NovaSphere Media is seeking a results-driven Social Media Influencer Manager to lead our creator partnerships and drive growth across key channels. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on content production, delivering authentic brand stories that resonate with audiences.
As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will curate influencer programs, negotiate partnerships, analyze performance, and mentor up-and-coming creators. This role offers remote-friendly flexibility in a fast-paced environment located in Los Angeles.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, vet, and onboard top creators aligned with brand values and audience demographics.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, deliverables, and payment terms, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Coordinate content calendars, briefs, and approvals to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Foster long-term partnerships with creators, building a diverse roster across niches.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to scale audience growth and brand resonance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to internal teams and aspiring creators for best-in-class content.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator relations, or social media strategy.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel influencer campaigns with measurable lift.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and budget oversight skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and copywriting prowess.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, ad interfaces, and analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Creator Studio, Sprout/HubSpot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; remote-friendly with collaborative mindset.
