Join InfluenceForge Media as a Social Media Influencer Manager and shape the future of creator partnerships for a fast-growing brand. You will lead creator outreach, design cross-platform content strategies, and drive measurable growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. This role blends relationship-building with data-driven storytelling and negotiation to unlock authentic, compliant collaborations that resonate with audiences.
In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to craft scalable programs, brief creators, review content for brand safety, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Responsibility
- Develop and own the creator partnership strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) to drive growth and brand affinity.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators; manage ongoing relationships and performance.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, compensation, and usage rights with creators and agencies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop cross-platform content calendars and briefs that align with brand goals.
- Oversee campaign execution, approvals, and content review for brand safety and legal compliance.
- Analyze performance data, extract insights, and optimize future influencer programs and budgets.
- Coordinate with product, legal, and finance to manage contracts and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, trends, and FTC guidelines to ensure compliant activations.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships, preferably with evidence of successful campaigns.
- Strong portfolio of influencer collaborations across at least two major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and contract basics; comfortable with legal review processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
