NovaPulse Media is seeking a results-driven Social Media Influencer Manager to lead creator partnerships and scale brand reach for leading consumer brands.
Based in Los Angeles, this full-time role blends strategy, relationship building, and performance analysis to deliver authentic, high-impact campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
As a connector between brands and creators, you will design compelling campaigns, negotiate partnerships, track ROI, and nurture long-term relationships that drive growth and authenticity.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify and engage top creators, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage contracts and deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align influencer content with brand messaging and launches.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize content, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- Build scalable influencer networks, maintain CRM, and track relationships for ongoing partnerships.
- Develop detailed briefings, content calendars, and guidelines that ensure brand safety and consistency.
- Forecast budgets, track spend, and report on campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of platform changes and trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualification
- 5+ years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar role within consumer brands.
- Proven track record of launching successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and evolving social platforms; familiarity with short-form video.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and contract management skills.
- Excellent copywriting, briefing, and storytelling abilities with attention to brand voice.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Hawkeye, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or comparable work experience).
