Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Source and vet creators, negotiate deals, and manage contracts and payments.
- Craft compelling briefs and campaign concepts that align with brand strategy.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and analytics teams to ensure on brand content and timely delivery.
- Track performance using dashboards, report ROI, and optimize ongoing partnerships.
- Build a scalable creator network and maintain ongoing relationships with top performers.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of influencer marketing or social media in a brand or agency setting
- Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaign ROI
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts
- Experience with influencer discovery tools and analytics dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors in a fast paced environment
