Job description
NovaPulse Digital is seeking a data-driven Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead creator partnerships, content strategy, and outcome oriented campaigns. This role collaborates with marketing, product, and creative teams to scale brand presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
In this role you will own the influencer outreach program, negotiate contracts, manage campaign calendars, and ensure content meets brand guidelines while resonating with target audiences. You will leverage analytics to optimize ROI and expand our network of top creators.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage an end to end influencer program from onboarding to payout
- Identify and recruit creators aligned with brand values and audience fit
- Negotiate deals, briefs, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with creators to produce authentic content that drives engagement
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi channel influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Track performance using standard metrics and present insights to leadership
- Ensure brand safety, compliance, and disclosure requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years in influencer marketing or digital partnerships
- Strong network of creators across technology, lifestyle, or beauty verticals
- Proven experience negotiating deals and managing budgets
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration
- Knowledge of platform policies, FTC disclosure requirements, and IP guidelines
