Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that support the company's information system ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize robust databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Develop well-documented APIs and services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement of development processes in an Agile environment.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with best practices and company standards.
- Assist in deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to architectural decisions that scale with the business.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in software development and database design with strong SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#) and experience building RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data integrity, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality code.
