Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated tourism marketing campaigns to attract international and domestic visitors.
- Optimize on-site and off-site SEO, manage content calendars, and produce destination-first content (blogs, videos, guides).
- Manage social media channels, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content programs.
- Collaborate with hotels, attractions, and local vendors to design compelling offers and packages.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; report insights and optimize ROI.
- Plan and coordinate local events, fam trips, and press visits in Barcelona.
- Lead cross-functional projects with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and measurable results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tourism marketing or destination marketing.
- Proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish or Catalan language skills are a plus.
- Strong project management, partnership development, and communication skills.
