Your daily focus includes educating veterinarians and clinic staff about Range Pharma's companion-animal portfolio, delivering product demonstrations, and providing in-clinic training to ensure safe and effective use. You will implement territory plans, schedule visits, and maintain accurate CRM records to maximize market coverage. You will also gather frontline market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and successful campaigns.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet care centers in Klang Valley, the North, and the South to promote Range Pharma's companion-animal portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for veterinary products by delivering tailored solutions to clinics.
- Deliver in-clinic product demonstrations and staff training to ensure proper use and compliance with label directions.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and communicate insights to the sales and product teams to inform strategy.
- Plan and execute territory business plans, schedule regular visits, and manage CRM data to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, logistics) to ensure product availability and successful campaigns.
- Provide clinical support and counseling to veterinarians, acting as a trusted partner for animal health and welfare.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related field; or equivalent sales experience in the veterinary/pharmaceutical sector.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Selangor, Klang Valley, and neighboring regions.
- Proven track record in veterinary pharmaceutical or medical sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay; comfortable with training and public speaking.
- Customer-focused mindset, strong planning and organizational abilities, and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
