In this role you will blend advanced veterinary medicine with strategic marketing to improve animal health, welfare, and productivity across our client farms. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will collaborate with product, sales, and research teams to translate clinical insights into practical solutions that safeguard the food chain and enhance farm profitability in Malaysia. The successful candidate will lead comprehensive health programs across livestock species, provide on farm training and technical demonstrations, and support field sales with evidence based recommendations. Responsibility

  • Lead veterinary clinical care for livestock clients across the division, including herd health monitoring and preventive programs.
  • Develop and implement animal health programs to improve welfare, productivity, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate veterinary insights into customer value and messaging.
  • Conduct field visits to farms, assess health status, and provide technical recommendations and training.
  • Support sales teams with technical education, product demonstrations, and clinical justification of product use.
  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards, veterinary regulations, and proper record keeping.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and regulatory bodies to foster trust and repeat business.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent and valid veterinary license to practice in Malaysia.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in livestock health management (dairy, poultry, or ruminants preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client education skills.
