As an Account Assistant, you’ll be a key support to our finance team, handling essential tasks that keep the numbers right and the business running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to daily bookkeeping, data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and basic financial reporting in a friendly, supportive environment.
Your responsibilities include accurate data entry, processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling bank statements, assisting with monthly close, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure timely and accurate information for management and auditors.

Responsibility
- Process supplier invoices and verify accuracy to ensure timely payments.
- Enter financial data into the accounting system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including aging reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and help prepare basic financial reports.
- Maintain orderly filing and documentation for audit readiness.
- Support other accounting tasks as directed by the finance team.
Qualification
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or actively pursuing) with strong numerical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software; familiarity with GST/VAT is a plus.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting environment is a plus.
