You will record financial transactions, prepare payment vouchers, and assist with bank reconciliations. You will monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding items, and help generate financial reports that inform management decisions. Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensuring data integrity across all ledgers.
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment vouchers.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including monitoring cash flow and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and management information.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Malaysia GST/VAT basics and regulatory requirements
  • Good communication and organizational skills
