Responsibility

  • Maintain a full set of accounts (General Ledger, Inventory, and Bank Reconciliations) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare month‑end close and assist with period‑end reporting to support management decisions.
  • Process daily accounting transactions, ensuring proper posting and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Support year‑end audit activities and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory accuracy and cost controls.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to full set of accounts, GL, inventory, and bank reconciliations.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel; familiarity with inventory modules is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
