Green Aluminium is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Payable Staff to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance team.
Responsibility
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Verify and reconcile invoices
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in month-end closing processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven work experience in accounts payable
- Proficient in accounting software
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
