Join Sanhua International Singapore Pte. Ltd., a trusted name in advanced thermal management and control solutions. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, ensure timely financial reporting, and support compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.
As a key member of our finance team, you will own day-to-day accounting tasks, drive accuracy in financial statements, and help strengthen internal controls. You will work with a small, collaborative finance team to deliver high-quality financial data for management, auditors, and regulatory authorities. You will maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely close cycles. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, supporting business decisions with reliable numbers.

Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts from processing to month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax obligations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, balance sheet schedules, and fixed assets.
- Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning as required.
Qualification
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience in Singapore or a similar environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax requirements (GST, corporate tax).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
