Predmet Construction Bali is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support a construction project in Bali. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, process vendor and client invoices, track project costs, and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting. ERP experience is required to maintain robust controls and ensure seamless data flow across the finance function. If you have 1β3 years of accounting experience and a basic command of English, this role offers a clear path to grow with a dynamic construction team.
What you'll do:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for construction activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor project costs, perform variance analysis, and prepare cost-tracking reports for project management.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor invoices; maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Prepare and issue client invoices; manage collections and cash flow for on-site projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast budgets, optimize procurement decisions, and support cost controls.
- Maintain ERP data including chart of accounts, cost centers, and standard accounting procedures.
- Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for construction activities and assist with audits.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and internal controls; support year-end processes.

Qualification
- 1β3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cost tracking.
- ERP experience with the ability to maintain financial data and generate reports; SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good English communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with project teams.
