This role supports our growing finance function by accurately recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring compliance for all financial activities. You will contribute to timely reporting and robust financial controls in a dynamic, creative industry where music and business intersect.
You will work with a collaborative team to manage day-to-day accounting processes, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and assisting with month-end close. This position offers hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting support, and process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibility
- Record daily financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end close activities and provide data for audits.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure data integrity across departments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or diploma with strong experience).
- 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax rules and general ledger processes.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
