Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant specializing in Payroll and Financial Reporting to join our team at Genfinity Philippines, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for handling journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, NetSuite reporting, SOX compliance, and providing month-end close support.
Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records
- Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Assist in month-end financial reporting
- Support the team in financial analysis and forecasting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in payroll processing and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
