In this role, you will oversee all accounting and financial activities, streamline processes, and lead a talented finance team. You will work closely with operations, procurement, sales, and external partners to ensure compliance with local regulations, timely tax filings, and audit readiness. Your leadership will help shape budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning as the company scales its operations to meet demand in the hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the accounting and finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end close process, prepare financial statements, and deliver timely, accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal controls; coordinate internal and external audits.
- Drive process improvements and automation within finance processes (ERP, reporting, dashboards) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales to optimize working capital, cost control, and profitability.
- Interface with banks, auditors, and tax advisors to maintain strong relationships and ensure data integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP/IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; capability to lead system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a finance team; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering actionable insights and driving cost optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors is a plus.
