Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc is looking for an Accounting Assistant Revenue to join their team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for billing statements and sales transactions.
Responsibility
- Verify and maintain accuracy of billing statements and sales transactions
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Support in audit preparation and coordination
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
