Infinit-O is actively seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Associate to join our Finance Team in a hybrid work setup. In this role, you will collaborate with senior accountants to support dayâtoâday finance operations, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable activities, and the maintenance of ledgers. Youâll assist with monthâend close, prepare journal entries, reconcile balances, and help produce routine financial statements. The position emphasizes process discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibility
- Process daily accounting activities including data entry, vendor invoice processing, and expense reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring correct coding and timely payments.
- Support monthâend close by posting journal entries, preparing reconciliations, and helping with financial statement preparation.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and assist in variance analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
- Adhere to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements; support audits as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficiencies and helping implement best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting software/ERP.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork; ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
