The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, from daily transactions to high-level financial analysis and reporting. As the Accounting Head, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the accounting team
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Develop and implement internal controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
