Responsibility
- Assist with audit planning, evidence gathering, and source document organization under supervision.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of working papers, schedules, and trial balance reconciliations.
- Perform data entry and basic reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to testing of controls and documentation of findings for audit engagements.
- Assist in drafting basic financial statements and management reports for internal review.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information and clarify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized files and assist with general administrative tasks to support the audit team.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work under supervision in a professional setting.
- Previous coursework or internship in auditing is advantageous but not required.
