Highpoint Property Ventures is seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the financial activities of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibility
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
